*Job Title: Field Sales Executive - JustDial*

- *Summary*:

We're looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for JustDial, connecting businesses with customers across [Phoolbagh]. You'll engage with local businesses, promote our services, and build strong relationships.

- *Key Responsibilities*:

    - Visit and acquire new business clients (8 hours on-field, 6 days a week).

    - Promote JustDial’s advertising solutions to increase visibility and sales.

    - Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

    - Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and sales.

    - Collaborate with the team for strategy and performance improvement.

- *Requirements*:

    - 0- 3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with a hunger to sell welcome!).

    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    - Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.

    - Basic understanding of digital marketing an advantage.

- *Salary & Benefits*:

    - ₹18,000 per month (fixed) + incentives and rewards on achieving targets.

    - Training and growth opportunities in a dynamic sales environment.

- *Working Hours*:

    - 8 hours on-field, 6 days a week.
