Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Meet business owners, facility managers, and purchase heads to present pest control solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for customized service proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update client data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
