Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Teacher & Student Onboarding

Location: Remote / Field-based
Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Field Sales / B2C Sales

Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be out in the field, helping students and teachers join the Sudo24 platform by:

• Visiting schools, tuition centers, and residential areas to approach potential users

• Explaining the benefits of Sudo24 to students, parents, and teachers

• Helping them register and get started on the platform

• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets

• Maintaining records of leads and visits

• Sharing field feedback with the internal team to improve strategies

• Coordinating follow-ups and resolving basic queries

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in field sales or direct B2C interaction (freshers are welcome if motivated)

• Good communication and convincing skills in local language + Hindi/English

• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with apps/technology

• Willingness to travel daily in the assigned area

• Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and energetic personality
