Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Stepwise Consulting. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned restaurants regularly to execute and monitor marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with restaurant owners/managers to implement promotions and offers

• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, standees, banners, etc.)

• Identify opportunities for local promotions, events, and partnerships

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the field

• Ensure brand guidelines are followed at restaurant outlets

• Support digital campaigns by coordinating with restaurants (menu updates, offers, etc.)

• Collect feedback from restaurant partners and customers

• Track campaign performance and report insights to the marketing team

• Assist in onboarding new restaurant partners (if required)
