Job Overview

Springfield Properties is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive real-estate sales by meeting prospective customers, conducting property/site visits, understanding customer requirements, and converting qualified leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with leads assigned through the CRM.

• Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget and preferences.

• Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.

• Present project details, amenities, pricing and payment plans to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Handle customer queries, objections and concerns effectively.

• Follow up with prospects from initial interaction through booking and closure.

• Negotiate with customers and work towards successful deal closure.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up details in the CRM.

• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM and Marketing teams for smooth lead management.

• Keep updated on real-estate projects, market trends and competitor offerings.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, site visits, follow-ups and conversions.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Field Sales, Property Sales or Business Development.

• Prior experience in real-estate sales will be preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings and monthly sales targets.
