Home Appliwnces Knowledge: Must have a solid understanding of Home applainces and white goods.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Distributor Onboarding: Capable of onboarding new distributors and managing chain sales.
Channel Partners: Candidates without existing channel partners or who cannot initiate business on their own are not required.
Team Leadership: Must have an established team to lead and manage.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
Business Launch: Be capable of starting a new business within 15 days of employment with your own team, and meeting/exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
