Field Sales Executive (B2B) – Sports & Fitness Equipment

₹12,000 – ₹23,000/month (Fixed) + ₹5,000/month Incentive (Target-Based)

0.5 – 2 years in Field Sales / Business Development (B2B, FMCG, Retail, or Equipment Sales preferred)

12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

• Visit gyms, sports shops, schools, academies, clubs, offices, and institutions in Sirsa and nearby areas.

• Introduce Sparta Fitness & Sports' products: gym equipment, sportswear, shoes, medals, trophies, and related items.

• Build relationships with gym owners, shop owners, school management, coaches, and decision-makers.

• Generate enquiries, collect leads, and follow up via phone/WhatsApp/visits.

• Negotiate prices, close deals, and bring actual purchase orders to the company.

• Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking (via WhatsApp/Google Sheet).

• Achieve monthly sales targets (4–6 orders/month or ₹40,000–₹60,000 revenue).

• Attend weekly review meetings with the owner/manager.

Requirements

• Must have own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and valid driving license.

• Comfortable with daily field visits (15–20 visits/week).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi required; basic English reading/writing preferred).

• Understanding of commission/incentive-based selling.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work consistently in Sirsa locality.

• Prior experience in B2B sales, FMCG, retail, or equipment sales is a plus.

  Target-based incentives (₹5,000/month bonus or 3–5% commission on sales).

  Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Number of visits (15–20/week)

  • Leads generated (5–7/week)

  • Orders closed (1–2 in first month)
