Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating leads and promoting solar products and services to drive business growth.

1. Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & field)

· Generate and manage leads for solar projects

· Promote rooftop solar, EPC services, and government schemes

· Coordinate with sales team for conversions

· Manage social media and marketing materials

· Track campaign performance and ROI

1. Requirements:

· Experience in marketing (solar/energy preferred)

· Knowledge of digital marketing tools

· Good communication (English & Tamil, Hindi+)

· Willingness for field work

· Two-Wheeler with Licence

2. Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering

· Experience in solar EPC, rooftop solar sales, or energy consulting

· Knowledge of Tamil Nadu solar policies, TANGEDCO procedures, and net-metering

3. Work Environment:

· Mix of office and field work (site visits, client meetings)

· Travel within city/state for business development(Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry)
