Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
Sohi Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Biometric Devices and HRMS Software in the assigned locations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Biometric devices and HRMS software solutions.
Identify and meet potential clients such as companies, factories, schools, and institutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Generate new leads through field visits and cold calling.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate with the technical team for installations and customer support.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in field sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT sales.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Good presentation and communication skills.
