We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives who can manage on-ground marketing and client acquisition across multiple cities. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and direct sales activities to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

• Visit retail outlets, hospitals, clinics, or dealers (as per business type) to promote products/services.

• Execute marketing activities, promotions, and brand visibility drives in the assigned area.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for on-ground execution.

• Provide regular field reports and feedback for business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• 1–2 years of field sales/marketing experience preferred (FMCG, healthcare, solar, or consumer goods industry is a plus).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be open to travel across multiple cities.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.

• Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.

• Age- 20 to 35yrs
