Roles and Responsibilities

● Drive client acquisition and driver partner onboarding by actively reaching out to potential customers and partners on a daily basis.

● Promote and explain company offerings, understand client requirements, and align solutions accordingly.

● Conduct market research and prospecting using industry knowledge and online sources to identify new business opportunities.

● Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and on-field visits to generate leads and improve conversion rates.

● Build and maintain short-term relationships with prospects to increase meeting opportunities and closures.

● Onboard driver partners in the field, including documentation, app onboarding, and explaining policies, processes, and earning potential.

● Ensure achievement of daily and weekly targets for both client conversions and driver onboarding. Expectation from the candidate:

● English and local language proficiency

● Positive and professional demeanour - Go getter attitude essential

● Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments, Strong negotiating skills, Ability to seal the deal

● Strong network in logistics/related industry preferred

● Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learning before setting on to work

● Highly performance driven and smart

Major Requirements

● Minimum 12 the pass

● Complete field work

● Must have a valid driver's license and 2 wheeler

● Local area knowledge is a must

● Local language is a must
