Job Description Field Sales Executive - Autopay/Deposit/Investments

Role Overview
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to acquire new customers, open accounts, and promote loan and deposit products.

Key Responsibilities

• Open Savings/Current/RD/Deposit accounts.

• Process Personal, Business, and Vehicle Loans.

• Promote Daily Deposit, AutoPay & QR Code services.

• Conduct field visits to generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

• Strong communication & customer service skills.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months in BFSI sales/marketing.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary up to 25k + Incentives (performance-based).

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

KPI

• Account opening numbers.

• Loan disbursement growth.

• Customer acquisition.
