Position: Sales Representative (SR) – Mumbai

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Representatives to support rapid market expansion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets.

Ensure 30–40 productive calls per day.

Drive billing through appointed distributor.

2️⃣ Market Expansion

Add minimum 20–30 new outlets per month.

Expand coverage in:

Kirana Stores

Provision Stores

Mini Supermarkets

Snacks & Namkeen Shops

Impulse outlets near schools & stations

3️⃣ Visibility & Merchandising

Ensure counter displays & hanging visibility.

Execute company schemes and retailer promotions.

Maintain FIFO and check product freshness.

4️⃣ Distributor Coordination

Work closely with distributor sales team.

Ensure zero stock-out in fast-moving SKUs.

Monitor secondary sales and stock rotation.

5️⃣ Reporting

Submit daily sales report.

Share competitor activity and market insights.

Track schemes, retailer margins, and market pricing.

✅ Candidate Requirements

1–4 years FMCG field sales experience (Snacks preferred).

Strong understanding of Mumbai retail geography.

Experience working in distributor-led billing model.

Two-wheeler & valid driving license (Mandatory).

Willingness for daily field work.

Basic smartphone usage for reporting.

💰 Compensation Structure (Mumbai)

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)

Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 (linked to target achievement)

TA/DA: ₹150 per working day
