We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join Oroglow Professional, a fast-growing skincare and haircare brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit salons, beauty parlours, spas, and wholesalers in the assigned area.
Promote and sell Oroglow Professional products.
Generate new customers and maintain existing relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat orders.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or salon products preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and travelling.
Smartphone mandatory; two-wheeler preferred.
