About the Role

Shyama Groups is looking for a motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to develop new customers and grow sales across healthcare, industrial and institutional markets in Delhi-NCR.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, field visits, customer meetings, quotations, follow-ups, order conversion and repeat business development.

Target Customers

• Hospitals, nursing homes & clinics

• Diagnostic centres & laboratories

• Chemists & medical distributors

• Manufacturing units & factories

• Food & beverage businesses

• Facility-management companies

• Warehouses & logistics businesses

• Other institutional and industrial buyers

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through field visits, online research, references and business directories.

• Visit prospective customers and introduce Shyama Groups' products.

• Understand customer requirements, specifications, quantity and recurring demand.

• Generate enquiries and coordinate quotations with management.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and visits.

• Convert qualified leads into orders and develop repeat business.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Identify new industries, applications and market opportunities.

• Monitor competitor pricing and provide market feedback.

• Coordinate with the internal team for procurement, dispatch and delivery.

• Follow up for pending payments as instructed by management.

• Maintain daily visit, lead, enquiry, quotation and sales records.

Products

The role may involve selling nitrile gloves, latex gloves, disposable masks, bouffant caps, surgeon caps, absorbent cotton and other medical, industrial and institutional consumables.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and professional approach.

• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits across Delhi-NCR.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and email.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Willingness to learn product applications and B2B sales.

• Previous experience in medical, industrial, institutional or B2B sales is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Qualified Leads → Customer Visits → Enquiries → Quotations → New Customers → Sales/Billing → Repeat Orders → Customer Relationships

This is a field-oriented B2B sales position. Candidates should be comfortable meeting new customers, travelling within Delhi-NCR and independently developing business.
