Job Title: Operations Executive (Retail Franchise Stores) – Female

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and proactive Female Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail franchise stores. The ideal candidate should ensure that all stores maintain high standards of customer service, operational excellence, staff discipline, and overall store quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit franchise stores regularly and monitor daily operations.

• Ensure service standards and customer experience are maintained across all stores.

• Check store cleanliness, visual merchandising, grooming, and SOP compliance.

• Monitor staff performance, discipline, and productivity.

• Conduct quality audits and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with Store Managers and support them in resolving operational issues.

• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.

• Prepare daily and weekly audit reports with observations and action plans.

• Ensure company policies and operational guidelines are implemented effectively.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, salon, fashion retail, or customer service.

• Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to supervise teams and ensure work is completed efficiently.

• Willingness to travel between stores.

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.
