3 to 5 years of field sales experience in an industrial or B2B environment: welding consumables, abrasives, industrial tools, bearings, fasteners, lubricants, safety products or similar. Willingness and ability to travel across India for 12 to 15 days a month, including tier-2 and tier-3 industrial towns. Comfortable walking into a factory and holding a conversation with a purchase manager, works manager or shop floor supervisor. Fluent Hindi and working English for email, quotations and correspondence outside Gujarat. Gujarati is an advantage. Graduate in any stream. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage, not a requirement. Basic computer skills: email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and willingness to learn our CRM. Valid driving licence. Good to have Experience appointing or handling dealers and distributors, not only direct customers. Understanding of welding processes (SMAW, TIG, MIG, SAW, FCAW), or the commitment to learn them properly in the first three months. Existing contacts in industrial clusters outside Gujarat: Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Ludhiana, Rajkot, Vadodara, Hyderabad, Kolkata. Experience of handling collections and credit-controlled accounts.
