We are seeking energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Relationship Executives to join

our dynamic field sales team. This is a 100% field-based role where you will be responsible for

driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and meeting monthly sales targets

Key Responsibilities

 Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly business/sales

targets.

 Client Relationship: Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients on the

ground to ensure long-term engagement.

 Market Mapping: Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activity and

spot new business opportunities.

 Reporting: Update daily field visit logs and sales reports for the management team.

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria Requirements

Education Minimum 12th Pass (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)

Experience 0 to 2 years in field sales, marketing, or business development

(Freshers welcome)

Age Limit Up to 37 years

Assets

Mandatory

Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License are

mandatory

Other Essentials Must own a Smartphone for daily reporting and tracking

Skills & Competencies

 Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

 Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills in Hindi and English

 Resilience and a positive attitude to handle field challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

 Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month

 Incentives: High earning potential through performance-based sales incentives.

 Allowances: Fuel/travel allowances for field visits (as per company policy).
