Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our education counselling and sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting students and parents, understanding their education requirements, providing suitable counselling and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Students aur parents se face-to-face meetings karna.

• Students ki education aur career requirements samajhna.

• Parents ko suitable courses, career opportunities aur admission options ke baare mein guide karna.

• Students aur parents ki career counselling karna.

• Leads ko follow-up karke admissions/sales conversion karna.

• Interested candidates aur parents ke saath regular follow-up maintain karna.

• Counselling aur sales activities ka proper record maintain karna.

• Daily/weekly sales & admission targets achieve karna.

• Customers ke doubts aur concerns ko professionally handle karna.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Field Sales, Education Counselling, Admission Counselling or related Sales Profile.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and counselling ability.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Positive attitude and self-motivated.

• Graduate / Undergraduate – Any Stream can apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Maximum earning up to ₹35,000 depending on experience, communication skills & interview performance.
