• Customer relationship management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. 

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement. 

• Collaboration and strategy:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales and product development teams. 

  • Work with sales teams to identify and qualify sales opportunities. 

  • Assist in creating technical documentation, sales proposals, and contract terms.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: 

 Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering Or diploma in electrical / mechanical engineering

• Experience: 

Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role in diesel generator/machinery industry

• Technical skills: 

Strong understanding of the diesel generator products or services being sold and the industry
