We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at SALES. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11,000 - ₹17,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential areas and hardware shops to generate sales leads
Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales
Build relationships with hardware shop owners for regular business/referrals
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Coordinate with office team for order processing and delivery
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
