a. Job Title :- Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

f. Salary              :- ₹18,000 - ₹25,000- per month

g. Reporting to :- Group Leader (GL).

JOB BRIEF

To drive sales growth by generating leads, building client relationships and achieving    targets through effective customer engagement and timely reporting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Achieve sales targets and generate new business.

2. Maintain and grow customer relationships.

3. Handle work within 1 assigned Tahsil and conduct daily field visits within a 40 km radius of your location.

4. Upload visit details, orders, forms, and payments in the company app (in case of manual entry) and attend daily Google Meet meetings.

5. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing.

6. Ensure daily advance payments are deposited into the company account on the same day with honesty and transparency.

EDUCATION

a. Minimum Education            : - 12th pass.

b. Maximum Education            :-  Graduate

c. Technical Education :-     MSCIT, Public Speaking, computer/    

                                                       Personality development course.                   

EXPERIENCE

a. Minimum Experience in Field Sales   :-  0-1 year

b. Minimum Experience (Other)             :-  0-6 months

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

a. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
b. Result-driven and customer-focused individual.
c. Proficient in filling out Google Forms.
d. Comfortable using Google Meet and attendance apps.
e. Honest about company payments and work responsibilities.
