Job Summary:
The Group Leader (GL) will be responsible for leading the CRO team, ensuring effective field execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role demands discipline, ownership, and consistent team performance monitoring to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
Lead, supervise, and control the CRO team on a daily basis
Assign tasks and ensure strict adherence to plans
Monitor individual performance and take corrective actions
Conduct regular reviews and maintain team discipline
2. Field Operations
Ensure daily field activity is executed without gaps
Monitor area coverage within the assigned territory (up to 40 km)
Conduct joint field visits for performance evaluation
Ensure productivity and accountability in field work
3. Customer Handling
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations promptly
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at all levels
4. Reporting & Coordination
Review and verify daily reports through the company app
Conduct daily team meetings (Google Meet)
Maintain coordination with internal departments for smooth operations
5. Compliance & Collections
Ensure timely and accurate collection deposits
Maintain transparency in transactions and reporting
Enforce company rules, policies, and operational discipline
6. Training & Development
Train new and existing team members on processes
Provide on-field guidance and continuous coaching
Focus on improving team efficiency and work quality
Required Skills:
