About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.

• Meet customers within the assigned Tehsil and nearby villages.

• Present and explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, customer interactions, orders, and payments using the company reporting system.

• Attend daily review meetings with the reporting manager.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age: 25 years

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, or Retail Sales is preferred.

• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

• Basic smartphone knowledge for daily reporting.

• Comfortable with daily field travel within the assigned territory (up to 40 km).

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
