Daily Site Visits - Visit min 10-12 under-construction sites (buildings, bungalows) to identify new business opportunities and increase brand presence.
Product Pitching - Confidently pitch and explain our products – especially T-grids and related materials – to site decision-makers.
Lead Collection & Follow-up - Collect accurate client and project information, and ensure consistent follow-ups for nurturing the lead.
Conversion of Leads to OrdersA - ctively work towards converting site visits and leads into confirmed sales or purchase orders.
Reporting & Relationship Management - Maintain detailed visit reports and build long-term relationships with contractors, site engineers, and developers for repeat business.
Increased site-based inquiries for sofit panel grids and related products. Steady flow of qualified leads with complete project data.
