Job Responsibilities:
Visit 10–12 under-construction sites daily (buildings/bungalows) to generate new business
Pitch and explain products such as Soffit Panel Grids, T-Grid, Gypsum Tiles, and Mineral Fiber
Collect accurate project and client details and ensure regular follow-ups
Convert site visits and leads into confirmed sales/orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site engineers, and developers
Maintain daily visit and activity reports
Outcomes Expected:
Increased site-based inquiries and qualified leads
Consistent conversion of leads into orders
Strong professional network and repeat business
Competency & Skills:
Good communication and product understanding
Ability to confidently interact with site personnel
Customer-oriented approach and follow-up skills
Time management and target-oriented mindset
Requirements:
Minimum 3 year of field sales experience
Graduate
Must have own bike and valid driving license
Ready for daily field work
Knowledge of sales techniques and networking
