Job Responsibilities:
Daily market visits to retail shops and grocery outlets (Kirana stores) to pitch Household & Personal Care products.
Collect product orders directly from retailers and immediately transfer them to the nearest company branch for local fulfillment and delivery.
Build strong relationships with local retailers, kirana store owners, and distributors to meet daily sales targets.
Handle daily route planning and territory management to efficiently cover assigned Mumbai market areas.
Coordinate regularly with the local branch team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates welcome).
Prior FMCG / Retail field sales experience is highly preferred (Motivated freshers with great communication can also apply).
Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and have a valid driving license for extensive daily travel across Mumbai.
Strong verbal communication and coordination skills to quickly relay order details and market feedback directly to the branch team.
Ability to work independently on the field, plan daily market routes, and consistently achieve sales targets.
