Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Greater Noida & Ghaziabad (Indirapuram)
Vacancies: 4 Positions (for 4 different companies)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring 4 Field Sales Executives for multiple companies, each requiring different levels of experience and exposure to their respective industries. Candidates will handle on-ground sales activities in Greater Noida and Indirapuram–Ghaziabad, managing client visits, lead conversion, and revenue generation.

Position-Wise Details (4 Companies)

1. Company A – Entry-Level Field Sales ( PRINTING COMPANY)

• Experience Required: 0–1 years

• Industry: ANY

• Responsibilities: Lead generation, visiting markets, basic product presentations.

• Ideal For: Freshers or candidates with minimal experience.

2. Company B – KASNA SITE 5(CONSTRUCTION FASTENING PRODUCTS)

• Experience Required: 0-6 MONTH

• Industry: REAL ESTATE

• Responsibilities: , product demos, negotiation, repeat business.

• Ideal For: Candidates with some prior sales exposure.

3. Company C – Experienced Field Sales

• Experience Required: 1-2 YEARS

• Industry: ANY INDUSTRY

• Responsibilities: LEAD GENERATE, closing deals.

• Ideal For: Candidates with strong sales track record.

4. Company

• Experience Required: 2–4 years

• Industry: Technical Products / Industrial Sales / EdTech / Healthcare

• Responsibilities: Technical product pitch, client consultations, B2C sales operations.

Common Responsibilities (All 4 Positions)

• Daily field visits across Greater Noida & Indirapuram Ghaziabad.

• Prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.

• Meeting clients to explain product solutions and convert leads.

• Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring repeat business.

• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintaining records, submitting daily reports, and updating CRM.

• Coordinating with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.

Common Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of local areas: Greater Noida, , Indirapuram.

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

• Two-wheeler + valid driving license mandatory.
