Job Summary

Rapid Safety Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote our Fire & Safety products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references, field visits, and online leads.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Promote the company's Fire & Safety products and services.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to generate sales.

• Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, payments, and project requirements.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and sales activities.

• Identify market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Project, Design, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and other business development activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good client handling and relationship-building ability.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/Excel.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.

• Experience in Fire & Safety, MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial Sales will be preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
