The primary focus of this role will be driving business growth and managing client relationships for our Ear Piercing product range across the region

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, travel extensively across the state to meet customers, and generate new business while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.

• Visit customers regularly and build long-term business relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues.

• Coordinate with the internal team and seniors for smooth order processing and customer support.

• Travel extensively across the state to meet customers and develop new business.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.

• Minimum qualification: Minimum Graduate.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Must travel extensively across the state as part of the job.

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand the native language of the state.

• Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, and focused on timely payment collections.
