Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, meeting, or exceeding sales targets, and managing customer documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Visit residential/commercial areas (door-to-door) to sell WiFi connections and broadband plans.

• Lead Generation & Closing: Generate, track, and convert leads to meet monthly sales targets.

• Customer Engagement: Explain, promote, and demonstrate WiFi plans, pricing, and special offers clearly to prospects.

• Documentation: Collect, verify, and submit customer KYC documents and service agreements.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Area Mapping: Map the assigned territory to identify potential customers and competitors.

  Typical Requirements

  • A two-wheeler and valid driving license are usually required for travel.

  • Comfort with using smartphone apps for data reporting and, sometimes, to check for service feasibility.
