Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The employee will be required to meet Real Estate Agents / Real Estate Brokers and build strong relationships with them.

Collect potential customer leads from brokers.

Connect with end customers and explain rental and purchase products.

Ensure lead conversion into subscription or product purchase.

Brokers will receive an incentive amount once the lead is successfully converted.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: Maximum 34 years

Gender: Only Male candidates required

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience

Candidates from any industry can apply (Real Estate background will be an added advantage).

Language Requirement:

Must know native language.

Should be able to communicate in Hindi or English.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month

For exceptionally good candidates, salary can go up to ₹40,000 per month

Petrol allowance will be included in the salary

Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 for good performance
