Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation: Source new clients, meet sales targets, and identify new market opportunities.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients, understand their financial situation and goals, and recommend suitable loan products.
Application Management: Guide clients through the application, collect documents, verify information, and ensure timely processing.
Financial Analysis: Assess creditworthiness, review financial histories, and determine loan eligibility.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong ties with clients, builders, and real estate agents for referrals.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to bank and regulatory standards, and stay updated on market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in home loan or mortgage sales.
Education: Typically a High School Diploma/Graduation, with a Bachelor's in Finance/Business preferred for advanced roles.
Licensing: Often requires a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet goals.
