We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, promote our products/services, and achieve sales targets. The role involves regular client visits, follow-ups, AMC renewals, and payment collection.
Conduct field visits to existing and new customers to generate business.
Promote and explain company products/services to potential clients.
Manage AMC renewal follow-ups and ensure timely renewals.
Collect payments from customers and submit them with proper documentation.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit updates, and maintain proper records.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for service support and customer queries.
Experience in field sales (industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of computer applications like Excel, Email, and CRM (if applicable).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with strong customer service attitude.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required).
