Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for interior and exterior design services.
Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, builders, and architects.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert inquiries into projects.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute digital campaigns, brochures, site branding, and promotional activities.
Build partnerships with real estate developers, contractors, and vendors for business opportunities.
Organize and represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Coordinate with design and project teams to align customer requirements with business offerings.
Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior, exterior, construction, or real estate industry.(Fresher can also apply)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
