Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base. This is a field-based role where you will visit clients, pitch our services, build strong relationships, and bring new business opportunities to the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and understand their requirements.

• Present and pitch company services effectively to generate leads.

• Convert prospects into clients through consistent follow-ups.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support growth plans.

• Prepare reports on client interactions, leads, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate; freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently during field visits.

• Comfortable traveling across Bangalore.
