Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads for banquet sales through calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals

• Promote banquet halls for weddings, conferences, meetings, parties, and corporate events

• Prepare and present customized banquet proposals and quotations

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for banquet revenue

Client Handling & Coordination

• Conduct site visits and banquet hall show rounds for prospective clients

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages

• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams for event execution

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from booking to event completion

Negotiation & Contracting

• Negotiate pricing, packages, and terms within company guidelines

• Prepare contracts, event orders (BEOs), and booking confirmations

• Ensure timely collection of advances and final payments

Event Execution Support

• Ensure all event details are communicated clearly to concerned departments

• Monitor event setup and execution to ensure client satisfaction

• Handle last-minute changes or guest requests professionally

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and client databases

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings
