Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Executives with prior experience in any of the following industries:

• Electrical & Lighting

• Plumbing & Piping

• Hardware & Paints

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dealer/distributor network and grow sales.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Generate orders through product demonstrations, schemes and price discussions.

• Follow up on payments and ensure payment compliance.

• Communicate sales offers and schemes to dealers/customers.

• Work towards achieving sales targets.

• Identify opportunities to increase brand presence.

• Regularly visit dealers/customers, understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Piping, Hardware or Paints is mandatory.

• B2B / field sales experience preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• B.Com / Graduate preferred.
