We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team PRAGATI SYSTEMS . Pragati Systems is looking for Sales Executive- Front Office for its domestic business. The Sales Executive will work as a part of the sales team and will be responsible for independently handling various Front Office tasks.
JD FOR FRONT OFFICE-SALES
· Managed and responded to daily sales leads from IndiaMart, TradeIndia, JustDial, and company website via phone, email, and chat.
· Maintained accurate lead tracking and reporting in ERP with proper tagging for efficient follow-ups.
· Coordinated with Production, Sales, Logistics, and Accounts teams to prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and shipment documents.
· Followed up with customers to ensure timely closure of leads and smooth order execution.
· Tracked shipments, resolved delivery issues, and ensured on-time and safe deliveries.
· Collected post-sales feedback, handled customer concerns patiently, and ensured complete satisfaction.
· Revived relationships with existing customers and dealers to drive repeat business.
· Built and managed a well-organized customer database for marketing and promotional activities.
