About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and close leads in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers for insurance products (Life/Health/General).
Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to explain product features and benefits.
Generate leads through various sales activities, including cold calling, market visits, and referrals.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure policy renewals and upsell opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and daily activity logs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer service.
Required Qualifications & Skills
6 months – 5 years of experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general insurance).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
Good understanding of insurance products and market trends.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone apps for reporting.
