• Sales and promotion: Promote and sell plywood and interior products to both existing and potential clients through field visits and in-person meetings.

• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Lead generation and new business: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and generate leads.

• Sales targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business growth.

• Market and competitor analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide market feedback.

• Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on performance and market insights to superiors. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Sales experience: Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, ideally within the construction or interior design industry.

• Communication and negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals.

• Client relationship skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.

• Product knowledge: A good understanding of plywood and related interior products and their applications.

• Market knowledge: The ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Other skills: Proficiency in customer acquisition, market analysis, and the use of CRM software for reporting.
