The candidate should be comfortable with daily field visits, meeting customers, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily field visits to meet potential customers. • Generate prospects, identify new opportunities, and convert leads. • Explain products/services clearly with strong presentation skills. • Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain and update accurate sales reports and customer data. • Represent the company professionally during all interactions. • Provide regular feedback from the field to management. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. • 1–5 years of field sales or direct sales experience. • Experience in industries like Real Estate, Insurance, Finance, Telecom, or D2D Sales is preferred.
