Job Overview:
Paytm Payments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves visiting stores and businesses in the assigned market, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities. Candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling Paytm EDC (Card Swipe Machine) solutions to merchants while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores and business outlets in the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads and identify potential merchant customers.
- Promote and sell Paytm EDC (Card Swipe Machine) solutions.
- Close sales through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and direct interactions with merchants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active merchants.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Report daily performance, sales updates, and market feedback to management.
- Develop effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–10 years in Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Direct Marketing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and computer usage.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer acquisition processes.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market area.
