Job Overview

PhonePe is seeking energetic and result-oriented Premium Account Executives for Ajmer. The role focuses on merchant acquisition, relationship management, and selling PhonePe's business solutions, including Smart Speakers and EDC machines. Candidates should have strong field sales experience and be comfortable traveling within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants in the assigned Ajmer territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

• Promote and sell PhonePe products such as Smart Speakers, EDC/POS Machines, and other merchant solutions.

• Drive merchant engagement and product adoption.

• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.

• Generate leads through field activities and convert prospects into active merchants.

• Manage and grow merchant accounts to improve retention and revenue.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

• Minimum 1 year of B2C Sales Experience.

• Experience in Field Sales, Credit Cards, Insurance, Banking, Fintech, Telecom, POS/EDC Sales preferred.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Maximum age: 35 years.
  

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

• Travel Allowance: ₹55,000

Lead Support & Territory

• 30% of leads provided by the company.

• Remaining leads to be generated through field sales activities.

• Coverage area within approximately a 20 km radius of the assigned location in Ajmer.

• 1 Virtual Interview Round only
