Job Description

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join Paytm Service Pvt Ltd in Old Rajendra Nagar. In this role, you will be the face of Paytm on the field, helping local merchants and retailers adopt our digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail stores, shops, and merchants in the designated area to onboard them onto the Paytm platform.

Pitch and deploy Paytm QR codes, Soundboxes, and Card Machines (POS devices).

Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve any basic onboarding issues.

Meet daily and weekly merchant acquisition targets.

Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales (experience in telecom, FMCG, or fintech sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome).

Assets: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (with a valid driving license).

Skills: Good communication skills, local geographical knowledge of Old Rajendra Nagar, and a high-energy pitch.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 (Based on experience)

Incentives: High performance-based weekly/monthly incentives.

Allowances: Travel/Petrol allowance included.
