💼 Roles & Responsibilities

For Senior Field Sales Executives:

- Drive sales and merchant acquisition in assigned territories.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

- Promote digital payment solutions and onboard new merchants.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

For Group Leaders:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team.

- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

- Provide regular guidance, training, and support to team members.

- Drive team productivity and business growth in assigned territories.

- Ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies.

✅ Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / 2nd PUC.

- Relevant field sales experience preferred for Sr. FSE and GL roles.

- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Leadership and team management skills required for GL roles.

- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.

- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
