We are looking for a Field Sales Executive/ Sr. Field Sales Executive to join our team at Paytm. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 30,500 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant onboarding (QR & Soundbox installation).
Field sales & daily market visits.
Achieve sales targets.
Pitch Paytm products to shopkeepers.
Generate new leads.
Maintain merchant relationships.
Resolve merchant issues.
Ensure active usage of Paytm services.
Report daily performance to manager.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and

0 - 2 years of experience.

(Freshers are also welcome).

Mandatory 2 wheeler.
Mandatory Smartphone.
Good Cibil score.
