Job Description

Paytm is looking for energetic, motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team in Kalyan. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting Paytm products and services, and building strong relationships with existing merchants.

Key Responsibilities

Sell and promote Paytm Soundbox and merchant payment solutions.

Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants.

Complete new merchant onboarding and activation.

Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

Promote merchant loan products and facilitate loan application submissions.

Generate leads for health and life insurance products.

Provide after-sales support and service to merchants.

Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure customer satisfaction.

Complete daily sales reports and other tasks assigned by the company.

Salary & Benefits

Minimum fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.

Performance-based incentives with earning potential up to ₹50,000 per month.

Health insurance coverage up to ₹1,50,000.

Life insurance coverage up to ₹5,00,000.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass preferred.
