Job Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our Paytm sales team. The role involves visiting merchants and businesses, explaining Paytm's products and services, and onboarding new merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit merchants and business outlets on a daily basis.

• Sell and promote Paytm EDC/Card Swiping Machines, Soundbox, and QR solutions.

• Onboard new merchants and complete the required documentation.

• Conduct free merchant visits and understand their payment requirements.

• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants.

• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

• Follow up with merchants and provide basic support for Paytm products.

• Report daily activities and sales performance to the team manager.

Earnings & Benefits

• Fixed Stipend: ₹9,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹21,000 per month

• Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500 per month

• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹32,500 per month

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to work in the field and visit merchants.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payments.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Candidates with field sales experience will be preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field visits.
