Job Summary

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for Paytm’s Field Sales Team across Gujarat. The role involves acquiring new customers/merchants, promoting Paytm products and services, and building strong relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers/merchants in the assigned area.

• Promote and explain Paytm products, services, and solutions.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

• Conduct regular field visits and meet daily/monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers.

• Ensure proper onboarding and activation of new merchants/customers.

• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

• Provide regular updates on field activities and sales performance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 10th/12th pass or Graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, telecom, fintech, banking, or merchant acquisition will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with extensive field visits.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred.

• Candidates must be willing to work within their assigned district.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹20,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 per month

• Additional: Performance incentives may be applicable as per company policy.
